JOB PURPOSE:

Production Planning and promising to customer orders

SCOPE – DIRECT REPORTERS – NA

DIMENSIONS:

Dealers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order promising as per DDQ
Releasing of work order based on full kit report and customer promise date
Shopfloor co-ordination
Follow up with interplant purchased items
Releasing of Internal order
Shortage review with buyer
Takes appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, manufacturing, procurement & logistics.
Proactively monitor material delivery according to production schedule plan to ensure no material shortage.

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years of experience in Raw materials planning/ inventory planning/ Shop floor Planning.
Bachelor/ Diploma of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
MS office skills (Excel) , Powerpoint ,
Fast learner/ flexible.
Oracle experience preferred
Co-ordination skills
Capacity optimization skill
Team attitude
Good communication skill
Strong Individual leadership skills are critical to the success of this position.
The ability to drive and manage change is very important.
Ability to assign accountability that will positively impact efficiency.
Past experience using oracle would be helpful.
Must be self-motivated
