Job description
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in tool and die making/Post diploma in tool and die making/BE In Mechanical Engg. (NTTF/GTTC)
- Exp. : 3+ Year (Injection mold development exp. Is mandatory / sheet metal tooling is added advantage.)
- Seeking tool development engineer from the Connector / Precision mold making industry.
- Supplier based Mold development.
- DFM and Feasibility analysis.
- Able to analyze mold flow results.
- Supplier follows up and tooling project management.
- Mold design review and troubleshooting with suppliers.
- Tryouts and troubleshooting.
- Vendor development
- Skill sets required.
- Hands-on exp. In the injection mold making process and assembly. (mold maintenance exp. Is an added advantage)
- Hands-on exp. On injection mold dfm study and mold design.
- Should have experience in attending trials and troubleshooting( able to identify the defects and solutions for the same.)
- Mold /Tool cost estimation/ should costing (Added advantage.).
- Hands-on experience in Mold processing (Added advantage).
