Job description

We are hiring for a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) for the Mumbai location.

Note:- Interview mode is Face 2 Face only.

General Description (Summary description of the primary duties and objectives of the position.)
  1. Execute and coordinate project schedule/site delivery & installation on site.
  2. Manage and liaise with suppliers/installers.
  3. Must work overtime/weekend if required.
  4. To be independent in corresponding with client/contractor/supplier on the execution of the project.
  5. Assist and take on ad hoc installation/remedial/mock-up works.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
  • Define project tasks and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, such as schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.

2. Team Coordination:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives with company goals.
  • Attend weekly site meetings and meet all stakeholders regularly throughout the project cycle until handover.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and foster effective communication.

3. Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.

4. Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Optimize resource utilization and allocate resources efficiently to support project requirements.

5. Quality Assurance:

  • Establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project quality.

6. Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders (both internal and external)

7. Project Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
