The person should possess leadership ability, technical and process skills, statistical knowledge, ability to communicate clearly and motivation to achieve the desired customer satisfaction and business results.

Key responsibilities: Be a change agent in bringing in data driven approach in problem solving & decision making process Interact with Customers, understand requirements and achieve their KPIs Drive Six Sigma methodology in implementing Process & Quality improvements across the centre Identify Improvement opportunities and achieve quality objectives Train Green Belts [GBs] using relevant modules & exercises Periodic mentoring of GB projects, tracking progress and driving timely closure Conduct Audits and improve overall project maturity of the Delivery Unit Active support in conducting RCAs and data analysis on problems Periodic monitoring & control of Quality Management System

Skill set required : Passion for problem solving & continuous improvement. Green Belt Certified (Preferred) Good oral and written communication skills. Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001
