Roles & Responsibilities:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in an accredited Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Automobile with 2-5 years’ Experience and excellent analytical skills.
• Must have ability to communicate effectively with team members and others in the work group, as well as customers and suppliers.
• Good Understanding of Manufacturing/Engineering systems / Drawings.
• Good understanding of Heavy Machinery products, systems, and procedures.
• Previous experience in Engine product design, quality, manufacturing process, application and installation, product performance/support.
• Ability to ramp up quickly within a new environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Engine OEM/ Shop floor experiences preferred.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Work experiences in CREO, Vis mockup would be preferred.
• High level of proficiency in Teamcenter.
• Proficiency in Weld Design Guidelines.

Desired Skills:

• Requires good communications skills, collaborative skills.
• Experience and knowledge in MS Office tools
