Experience range – 2 years to 6 years
- To coordinate, streamline and standardize all the mechanical operations-related procedures, contribute to system improvisations and ensure compliance to all the prescribed guidelines and specifications as laid through specific manuals/Work Instructions and SOPs/SMPs, etc.
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Remove duplicates of Material Code in SAP
- Contribution to Equipment standards of Mechanical and TSS
- Service contract outline agreement upload and edit in SAP
- Service entry sheet reversal
- Modify and sort the list of technically incorrect Material Code
- Contribution in guidelines of Material Code correction
- Vendor management in terms of documentation of vendor compliance data in accordance to existing guidelines and specifications to mechanical manager_technical standards
- Imparting training on the latest technological changes brought within the system to the team down the line
- Maintenance planning, including monthly shutdown plans
- Adherence monitoring of Preventive maintenance activity
- Daiy update of OE sheet and monthly reports
- Coordinate RCA of critical breakdowns
