Position – Sales Management Trainee

You will have the opportunity to build and nurture relationships with global engineering clients and create value for them and their customers. We are looking for candidates with a passion for Engineering to manage a key customer whose biggest OEMs across different industries in Aero Engines, Aerospace and Defense, Transportation, Power and, Oil & Gas. The prospective candidate will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments and has very strong communication and presentation skills. The candidate would be managing a customer independently within 12 months of joining the program
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will apply your Engineering analytical skills and relationship building skills to help our clients solve real-world business problems. You will learn the fundamentals of sales thru the training and mentorship of our leaders and will be given the challenge to develop and grow relationships, identify prospective customers, write proposals, and close the deal while being mentored by your sales leader.
- You will help QuEST Leaders build and grow client relationships.
- Acting as a strategic partner to your client, you’ll assess and provide ground intelligence on client needs and relationships.
- Articulates all aspects of the solution and persuasively communicates value to the client.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal/relationship building skills with the desire to collaborate and adapt to a new culture
- Easily approaches strangers, “thick-skinned” (handles “no”) and empathetic
- Can work with ambiguity (ability to structure information when faced with loads of data/inputs)
- Able to clearly express complex ideas, both in writing and verbally, to any audience.
- Strategic orientation with critical thinking and problem-solving / analytical skills, and attention to detail

- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel and relocate
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/ BE ( Mechanical/CS/E&C) from reputed Engineering College
- MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing from Tier 1 or Tier 2 schools
- 1-3 years of experience after MBA Experience
- Experience of working in the IT/Engineering Services outsourcing industry is an added advantage
