Department: Electrical Vehicle (EV) VerticalJob Description :

• Create or modify 3D models considering working conditions, cost optimisation & manufacturing feasibility.
• Design or packaging of components for standardisation across various vehicle models.
• Packaging of components considering constraints of vehicle architecture, static and dynamic conditions & homologation standards.
• Good analytical and mathematical skills.
• Maintain VBOM and perform drawing release process.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings with appropriate tolerance, welding symbols and GD&T tools.
• Participate in prototype development and testing.

Skills Required :

• Basic knowledge on truck architecture, its aggregates and experience in Vehicle integration (HCV, CEV, Electric bus & MCV)
• Experience in 3D Modelling, assembly and drafting using CREO tool
• Knowledge in calculations at vehicle level like CG calculation, vehicle speed, turning circle diameter calculation etc.
• Good communication skills & willingness to learn new skills
• Good knowledge in GD&T tools, selection of fits etc.
