Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the QA department in a Blade Manufacturing unit.
  • You will ensure continual quality improvement within the facility and lead the direction for QA team.
  • Support New Initiatives & Validations
  • Ensure compliance to company quality standards
  • Review products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made
  • Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality through Statistical process control
  • Actively participate in daily production meetings with the manufacturing team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
  • 3-5 years’ QA experience in Automotive Segment with thorough knowledge of Statistical process controls.
  • Qualified Six Sigma – Green/ Black belt. Knowledge of MINITAB
  • Hands-on experience on APQP/PPAP
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Technical drawings
  • Strong communication skills
