Job Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the QA department in a Blade Manufacturing unit.
- You will ensure continual quality improvement within the facility and lead the direction for QA team.
- Support New Initiatives & Validations
- Ensure compliance to company quality standards
- Review products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made
- Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality through Statistical process control
- Actively participate in daily production meetings with the manufacturing team

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
- 3-5 years’ QA experience in Automotive Segment with thorough knowledge of Statistical process controls.
- Qualified Six Sigma – Green/ Black belt. Knowledge of MINITAB
- Hands-on experience on APQP/PPAP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Technical drawings
- Strong communication skills
