Job description
Urgent Requirement || Build Mechanical – Assembly Production || 3 – 6Yrs || Shirwal – Pune
Minimum Qualification : Diploma/BE (Mechanical/Automobile)
Minimum Experience : Diploma – 5 yrs to 6 yrs, BE – 3 yrs to 5 yrs
Exposure Mechanical –
- Reading assembly drawings & Layout and understanding process symbols and tolerance.
- Knowledge of Critical alignments & measuring instruments.
- Team Handling, Cross – functional interaction, work planning.
Purpose of Job : Getting work/assemblies done from contract labor & Members as per drawings and instructions from superiors
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare Build plan.
- Exposure in Jigs & Fixture.
- Maintenance , Pneumatics & Hydraulics
- Execution of project as per plan.
- Production Planning Testing & Proving as per test plan.
- Generation of Build & testing Records.
- Cross functional information Exchange to complete the project.
- QMS documentation Dispatch Shop floor management for assigned project.
- Team management Should be from Automation Industry, Machine Tool Division & Maintenance,
- Installation & Commissioning background Can also Apply for the Position.
