Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly Service Schedule.
- Training to Drivers.
- Coordination with Tata & Force workshops across.
- Preparation of Monthly Mileage & Fuel tracker.
- Fleet Cards Management.
- Experience in: Statutory compliance like vehicle fitness and road tax and Insurance.
- Logistics management & procurement.
- Compliance with all provisions of the motor vehicle act, with rules regarding pollution fitness & special provision of ambulances
- Should be able to maintain the MIS related to Fleet details, Monthly Billing for different Vendors, Compliance Report, irregularity details, on-time arrival report
- Ensure all the vehicles in their fleet are optimized and route planning is done regularly and there is no irregularity in the usage of vehicles to ensure optimal fuel and mileage efficiency
- Ensure Route planning in coordination with the Ops team and managing vehicle movements as per stipulated route plan Having knowledge of maintenance of commercial vehicle & minimize downtime.
- Negotiate SLAs and priority / preventive repairs with service centers Ensure all documents related to the vehicle are always up to date Highlight
- vehicle/operational concerns & issues to top management Languages Should Speak – Hindi, English & Telugu.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma in mechanical / diploma in automobile / B Tech automobile engineering/ B Tech Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Fleet & Logistics management & procurement.
- Compliance with all provisions of the motor vehicle act
- Speaking Telugu, Hindi, & English
