Job Description

• Direct reporting to: Plant Manager
• Functional Reporting: Raw Material Manager India
• Lactalis India is looking for young and dynamic people to join as site RM Managers. The role will be based out of factory and the person will be responsible to deploy best practices to handle raw material in the plant and reduce the losses to the minimum

Key Responsibility

• Daily loss tracking in the plant and development of root cause analysis and action plan
• Daily follow-up of GMP (Lactalis software) for loss tracking and analysis
• Implementation of Standard operating procedures (SOP) in the plant
• Implementation of Continuous improvement tools
• Training of employees related to best practices from Lactalis group
• Documentation and monitoring of progress
• Controlling change, recommending and implementation of preventative action
• Coordination with plant and head office team for smooth execution of Raw material projects

Qualification Required: B.Tech Mechanical/Food Technology/Chemical

Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational and written/oral communication skills, Detail-orientation, Leadership
