Job description
Responsibilities
- Maintaining track of Booking, Sales and Collection and documenting it along with quote summaries.
- Preparation of Internal Sales Order after Purchase Order Receipt with fulfilling Techno Commercial Terms
- Coordination with Plant & Marketing Team towards timely exectuion of Machine orders
- On Line Invoicing in IMMS along with Dispatch documents at the time of every dispatch and Intimate the dispatch details to customer with LR copy
- Preparation of Projection Collection and submit to finance department also advance & pending amount reconsilation with a/c team
- Coordination during Customer’s visit at our facility for Trial & FAT of the machines
