Job Description

Responsible for overall Maintenance of equipments and machineries

Duties and responsibilities

• Carry out the work as per Mechanical daily and preventive maintenance schedule.
• Spares replacement and lubrication.
• Do the regular maintenance work (lubrication, press roll assembling, beaters changing, die and press roll changing, etc).
• To attend the break downs.
• Update the daily work reports.
• Work updating and decide the root cause of faults.
• Monitor and check all equipments (Leakage, noise and heat etc). If any abnormalities it has to be informed to the incharge.

Accountability

• To ensure the machine life along with cost optimization.
• To ensure the productivity.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical

Working conditions

• Have to work late evenings, rotational shifts, weekends to meet the organizational objective within specified TAT.
