As a Manger in Central Projects you will focus on driving cross functional projects across various teams.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Checking and preparing designs and drawings with BOQ preparation and keeping on top of paperwork.
The candidate will be required to be an enthusiastic, independent, outside the box thinker, with a strong Design
Knowledge and data driven approach to flourish in this role.
Solve along with Ops/ Real Estate heads Operational issues for unlocking hindrance across teams.
Drive business objectives across SCM and Operations.
Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team

Key Skills:

Strong Project Management and Stakeholder Management.
Must have exposure to 2D drafting software like Autocad, Solidworks.
Ability to move fast, take decisions and hold the teams accountable to deadlines.
Attention to detail, comfortable working with large Teams.
Ability to not lose focus in diverse stream of projects and do justice across

5+ yrs of relevant work experience in design of warehouse layouts.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, Construction Management, or another related field.
Understanding of the e-commerce and fashion industry, competitive landscape.
Results-oriented and ownership-driven, can develop independent ideas.
Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail.
Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
Team player, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and ability to manage stakeholders across functions and disciplines.
