Position – Graduate Engineer Trainee

Job description

Going through the complete project requirements like reading the Customer drawings, reading BILL OF MATERIALS, etc.,
Work with Cross Functional team daily basis to understand the status of the project, timelines, status of deliverables, etc.,
Visiting production shop floor regularly to understand the products he/she is working on and take help from the Production team wherever required for the project completion,
Completely reviewing the deliverables received from the cross-functional team including the Bill Of materials, costing, materials, etc.,
Understanding the complete Product Development Life cycle and,
Regularly tracking and maintaining the Life Cycle status of the products he/She is working on,

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical
Strong analytical and mathematical skills,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Time management and professionalism,
Ability to read drawings, angle of projections, etc.,
A growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
Experience -0-1 years
Knowledge on the wiring harness manufacturing process will be an added advantage

Position – Project Engineer
Company – Molex
Location – Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN

To work on the PCN and ensure PCN process metrics are managed and addressed on an ongoing basis.
Consistency in maintaining the Quality and delivery of outputs by meeting the customers
ECD’s/PCN target implementation dates
To work on getting the approval from PM & LC, IAR & notify the change.
To maintain project-related documentation & track up to date
Migration of CAD data to PDM, Legacy conversion of 2D data to 3D, etc.
To carry out continuous improvement in the process and resource optimization.
Document policies, procedures, and best practices to facilitate consistent practices for employee training
Reporting & solving the issues in the project to the Team Lead/Supervisor & the concerned
teams(Pricing or Change management)
Participating in formal and informal project meetings
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Production/Industrial Management)

Professional Qualification: CAD Software NX, CAD PDM-ECTR, Team center, AutoCAD

Experience: Minimum 0-6 months of experience

Basic knowledge of NX 11.0 Cad Tool
Knowledge of the PDM systems and their functions
Good drawing reading skills.
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of Windows Excel, Word, Presentation, and other windows based software
Additional knowledge of any other CAD tools ( CreO 2.0)
Be passionate about and take a keen interest in drawings.
Basic knowledge of MBM Guiding principles
Basic knowledge of Microsoft access would be an added advantage

Position – Junior Engineer

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Responsible for learning, understanding and get ready to work on all segments of team activities.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

EXPERIENCE:

Learn all processes, tools, and practices from all segments
Learn all the processes – Sustaining engineering, New product design and development, Technology support, Packaging, testing, etc.
Learn all the tools – NX, DFMEA, DFM, Tolerance analysis, etc.
Learn best practices (duties and functions) – How to service customers, Apply a sense of urgency, communication skills, etc.
Demonstrate learning through the knowledge-sharing sessions and one or two activity/project execution in each segment
Execution of quarterly assignments and learning reports.
Works with respective segment supervisors for learning and demonstrating the learned skills.
Learn MBM and demonstrate alignment to MBM

Should be quick learner
Knowledge/experience in Product Design & Development
NX CAD experience preferred or any other 3D CAD software
Strong Engineering knowledge
Understanding of FEA
Ability to develop and meet planned schedules
Ability to understand customer requirements
Demonstrated ability to identify and develop future needs
Demonstrated ability to analyze information and solve problems
Demonstrated ability to maintain collaboration, smooth teamwork, and communication.
