Your Job
- Provide all kinds of CAD Engineering support to the Product Engineers in the team.
- Creating & Updating the 3D models and the 2D drawings in NX.
- Creating the ER/CO to release the documents in ECTR/Team Center
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand the requirements
- Critical thinking mindset
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Good in Desktop tools like MS Word, MS Excel & Presentation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Production/Industrial Management) OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Good Knowledge of the CAD tool (NX) and PLM system (Team center)
- Working experience in CAD software – UG NX preferred
- Advance Knowledge of NX CAD Tool
- Good understanding of the manufacturing process and product development process
- Good Knowledge of PLM software’s ECTR/Team Center
- Basic knowhow on Tolerance Analysis

What You Will Do
- Supporting all the existing CAD projects in 3D (PDM, PSM, TDM) creation and 2D (PDD, PSD, TDD) creation as per the requirement
- Support on the data Migration (NX-ECTR to NX-TC) whenever required
- Understand the customer requirement and convert them into Engineering Drawings & Specifications
- Work with the sample room to understand the DFM issues and address them before the drawing release
- Review change requests and make the necessary updations in the drawing and release them timely
- Consistency in maintaining the Quality and delivery of outputs by meeting the customers ‘ECDs
- Reporting issues & problems in the project to the Team Lead/Supervisor, Working with the requester on solving the issue.
- Participating in formal and informal project meetings
- Ensure compliance with all Molex policies & procedures in all areas
- Be passionate about the Job you do and enjoy self-learning and increasing your knowledge to attain self-actualization.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Any other projects/work assigned by management
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
