  • Department: Product Marketing
  • Well versed with concepts of Product Marketing. Strong in MS Excel.
  • A good understanding of the Product Life cycle and related concepts is a must.
  • Total Numbers 2
  • Please note these will be Real-time projects of 2-4 months without any stipend under the guidance of respective Department heads. The incumbent should be open to Travel within & intercity.
  • It is an excellent opportunity to get industrial exposure with knowledge enhancement to excel in their further growth.
  • All official travel-related reimbursement will be borne by the company except day to day travel from home to office.

  • Regularly connect with field team for market feedback
  • Manage Market Competition by Tracking Competition schemes & Incentives to retailers/BPs, Competition pricing, Benchmarking for competition products & prices
  • Study competition market share vis a vis ours
  • Maintaining Unit Contribution
  • Maintaining market share
  • Understanding potential (theoretical & Actual),
  • Product-wise MIS & Analysis
  • Counterfeit management
  • Maintaining Supplies of product in the market by studying sales trend, giving feedback to units & logistics, reviewing indents
  • Quality Management
  • Collect Market feedback from Sales executives/BP/Retailers,
  • Warranty Maintaining 1% warranty
  • Understanding rejection reasons
  • Taking Corrective actions with the unit for product
  • Taking Corrective actions within MDSL for pricing
  • Training for better understanding/detailing of product,
  • Packaging improvements Packaging strategy to Design finalization,
  • POP (Price List, Segment wise catalogs, leaflet, poster, pamphlets, banners) POP introduction, conceptualization, Designing, and implementation
  • Product Training
  • QCDD
  • New Product Introduction
  • Identify the product line as per plan in MRSP
  • Market analysis of the product, existing players, market share, etc.
  • Technical Position & Pricing of the product
  • Schemes & Incentive definition
  • MRSP & Future Planning –
  • Study of current market scenario & market size (segment-wise)
  • Project market size for the next 4 years
  • Road map for sales in terms of existing and NPI

  • An action plan based on the road map

  • Coordination with the unit for MRSP

  • Convert MRSP into the budget
