Ensure production as per customer requirements.
Zero Nonconformance related to the product at the customer end.
Review of Downtime Analysis.
Manpower planning.
Analysis of M.I.S. as per MPCP.
Reporting to Head Manufacturing Excellence on the performance of assembly production activity.
Action Plan to achieve the target.
Compliance with the requirement of DQM.
Reporting to Head Manufacturing Excellence on the performance of assembly production activity.
Ensure production as per Kanban.
Budget Preparation
Knowledge of PP Module in SAP
Knowledge of Toyota Production System

Leadership, Effective Communication, Computer Literacy, Analytic Skill, Listening, Team building.
Training: Kanban, SPC & SQC, PFMEA, Problem Solving Steps, Team Building, Leadership
Management Development, TPM,TPS, Qc, 5s, KAIZEN,3M.
