Job description
- Processing of purchase orders.
- Preparing Purchase Invoice
- Coordinate with internal departments like Purchase, Accounts, Production, and Stores to fulfill customers’ requirements.
- Communication with customers for visit schedule, orders, commercial matters related to the shipment
- Maintain updated customer data in the system.
- Generation of MIS.
- Inventory management. ( spares stock management).
- Follow up with customers for orders as per submitted offers.
- Assist the sales department to generate new inquiries based on the available database.
- Logistic – Responsible for complete logistic operations i.e. pack to dispatch at customer place
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an analytical instrument company
Education – B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechanical
