Job description
The incumbent will be responsible for production management, managing team size of 150 in a shift, Safety awareness & fire fighting; 5 S; Lean Manufacturing; ISO Awareness; Team Building & Lead effectively.
Willing to work in Shift timings; Close coordination with stores and Inventory management based on the guidelines; Collaborating with PPC, Procurement, QA for smooth operations and meet delivery commitments; Hands on experience in MRP/ERP software for production planning.
BE Mech with experience in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Chiller Manufacturing sector;
Education – B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
