This role is responsible for providing troubleshooting and tech support services to a wide range of device issue and vaccine administration, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation – Device related concerns. Continuous monitoring of systems with the help of following up with Hatchery Supervisors/Farm Managers Engaging Customer and Support sales team in terms of engagement with Key customers pertaining to device operation Ready to travel across country in Emergency or routine visit
Our Veterinary team use their scientific background to provide technical expertise and education to our customers, sales and marketing teams. With a deep knowledge of pharmacology and animal health we engage scientific exchange with external experts and industry leaders ensuring the scientific value of our animal health portfolio is understood.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting and tech support services to a wide range of Device issue and Vaccine Administration Diagnosis, resolution, and escalation – Device related concerns
- Monitoring of systems with the help of following up with Hatchery Supervisors/Farm Managers Engaging Customer and Support sales team in terms of engagement with Key customers pertaining to device operation Ready to travel across country in Emergency or routine visit
- Determine which tools are the best and most appropriate to use.
- Train all necessary parties on how to use them including other stakeholders
- Document and resolve any issues – Maintenance and Routine reports
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agriculture business
- 2-7 years of field experience to handle all field situations and provide technical solutions to the customer needs
