Job Summary:

Maruti Suzuki is looking for talented Graduate Engineers with 12 to 22 months of industry experience to join its Research & Development (R&D) Vertical. The role offers a challenging and rewarding experience in critical areas such as Product Planning, Engineering, and Homologation & Regulation.

R&D Areas of Focus:

1. Product Planning:

• We are transforming ideas into market-leading products by blending strategic planning, innovative design, and cost-effective production.

1. Engineering:

• We are conceptualizing and developing new models, including vehicle body and chassis, powertrain systems (ICE, BEVs, Hybrid), and infotainment systems.

1. Homologation & Regulation:

• Ensuring Maruti Suzuki cars meet all safety, environment, and quality standards, representing the company on regulatory committees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in projects related to software security, engine design, battery design for hybrid and electric vehicles, thermal management, ADAS, crash and safety analysis, telematics, NVH testing, and model planning.
• Focus on cost management, prototype development, safety testing, and environmental regulation.
• Work on technical innovation in vehicle design and participate in product lifecycle management.

Compensation:

• B.Tech: ₹10.34 LPA (8.3 LPA fixed)
• M.Tech: ₹10.9 LPA (8.85 LPA fixed)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 12 to 22 months post B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech completion.
• Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (Full-time) in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, Data Science, AIML.
• Academic Requirement: Minimum 65% (or equivalent CGPA) in all educational qualifications; minimum 60% for M.Tech (if applicable).
• Age Limit: 21-26 years for B.Tech, 21-28 years for M.Tech as of April 1, 2024.
• Institutions: AICTE/UGC-recognized colleges and universities.
