Job description

Design of transmission components like Gear Box Housings, FG/SG/AL
Sound understanding on Transmission & Structural Housing Architecture.
Basics of the strength of Materials/CAE Load cases/Housings interface stack calculations
Preparation of 2D part/sub-assembly drawings and 3D modeling
Working knowledge of Tolerance analysis and stacking
Understanding of Transmission Layouts
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, DFA and DFMEA, DFS,DFM
Resolving Failures concerns (Lab, Field)
Adherence to project timelines for drawing release
