Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• To guarantee that everyday output follows the plan.
• To guarantee that there is no delay at the end of the line and that quality concerns are promptly resolved.
• Quick and efficient communication with the support team is essential for problem resolution. i.e., shops, upkeep, quality, and more aggregates.
• Monitoring and resolution of any IR-related concerns on the line in collaboration with the relevant organizations.
• Implementation of the new model, PPAP, and ER on the tractor line with the necessary paperwork, such as SOP Manifest and OJT.
• To guarantee that the DWM for the appropriate shift includes all PQCDSM parameters and takes prompt action as necessary.
• To fulfill Akraman’s objectives, including cost reduction, OIT, CIT, and QC narrative.
• Quick resolution of the problems with the stockyard, the gate audit, the DPR, the card RPH, and the line interruption.
• To prepare for audits, one must be aware of the requirements for TS, OHSAS, TPM, and AFSM. tracking and lowering the number of consumables and shop goods consumed online.
• IEE’s line balance concerns are promptly resolved.
• actively taking part in the innovation push and ensuring that the department’s innovation initiatives are as high as possible in the A+, A, and B categories.
• Training and development of cell members in accordance with organizational requirements
