- Process feasibility study for new product requirements in existing facilities
- Benchmarking electrical controls, automation & systems for energy efficiency & corrosion protection enhancement of product for various Powertrain assembly line
- New product planning – Facility, tools, gauges & fixtures, budget workout, procurement & implementation. Study to Sweat existing equipment to maximum.
- Work out a budget for equipment & related civil/utility requirements.
5 Adaptation of new products in existing facilities with Equipment enhancements for the introduction of new models and variants. - Study the process and product requirements and Guide others in selecting the right equipment and controls based on requirements.
- Interact with manufacturing and collect equipment-related MTBF and MTTR Data and incorporate the same in new equipment requirement RFQ preparation.
- Interacting with teams and facilitate lesson learned sessions for on going and concluded projects and take action accordingly for RFQ preparations.
- Contribute and lead team members to create Architecture for controls and Robotics. Also, creation of checksheets for Design buy off/Equipment buy off at supplier ends.
