  • Competitive Set Analysis, recomendation and finilization.
  • Drill down of PALS into Engineering requirements using V approach.
  • Define, monitor, and deliver engineering target requirements throughout the project
  • Feasibility analysis of all attributes target requirements based on technical capabilities and project scope.
  • Highlight risks associated with attribute target delivery for all gateway audits and prepare mitigation plan.
  • Attribute trade off and balancing for all programs.
  • Participate in design reviews, root cause analysis, DFMEA during all development phases
  • Participate in customer clinics, jury drives and media drive events to understand the customer voices
  • Lead organisation of Drive Evaluations, Jury Evaluations and Annual Drive events
  • Contribute to ‘Fresh Eye’ reviews of Futuring & Gap Analysis work with respect to 4WD systems
  • Global competition analysis and futuring for all new vehicle programs involving 4WD systems
  • Conduct detailed vehicle evaluations of 4WD capabilities of competition vehicles and identify areas of improvements
  • 4WD system testing and objective data capturing
  • Hardware selection and finalization for 4WD system
  • Root cause analysis and resolution plan for field failures, validation/RGA concerns and closure in 4WD systems
