Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Responsible for delivering the AO market share through his team by focusing on accurate model mix forecasting as well as dealer health improvement, identify market anomalies and initiate corrective actions as well as ensure Right Fund Bucket at each dealership,
- Mapping of territories segment-wise, application-wise, potential-wise.
- Should be able to do sales forecasting for existing range of models/products. Sales and Marketing through local dealers to achieve the targeted sales level of the region.
- To identify and deal with strategic customers.
- Develop sustainable relationships with customers.
- To work out schemes with financiers for channel sales To guide channel partners to develop secondary sales/service network.
- To know competitors’ activities and new product plans and prepare area office strategy to counter the same.
- To train, motivate and develop the channel partners and their sales team.
- To develop the market through local promotional campaigns.
- To take the responsibility of increasing the market share, Market development/expansion, Evaluating business priorities by understanding the impact of industry drivers, economic conditions, government policies and awareness of crop prices, Planning for achieving monthly billing volume, Monthly review with TM, and critical dealers to meet the desired volume plan, Review of Implementation of systems and processes at dealerships, Regular Monitoring of price support and incentives,

- BTech/BE – Agriculture or BTech/BE – Mechanical

- Well aware of productivity improvement tools and hands-on experience.Ergonomics study of line associates/Stages in shops for identification of GYR status of the stage and improvement.
- TPM-KK pillar (Focused Improvement) concepts and hands-on experience.
- New Models/variants work content calculation, Line balancing, and execution.
- Manpower planning and Monitoring of Manpower for the shop.Identification of Capacity bottlenecks and debottlenecking as per the requirement of volumes.
- Driving PDCA approach.
- Long-term settlement readiness with Union representatives on the shop floor.Indirect area work measurement ( Housekeeping, security, Line feeding, etc.
