Job description

JOB PURPOSE

Operation & Maintenance of Security & Surveillance systems of Airside Landside at RGIA in a safe cost-effective manner with adherence to the rules of BCAS.

To ensure Operation & Maintenance of Mechanical systems ( PHE) and execution of improvement projects, thereby improving system stability & reducing water consumptions, apart from certifications compliance apart from timely completion of CAPEX works

ORGANISATION CHART

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Contract & SLA monitoring for T1 Mechanical :-

• Rate Contract of Improvement works of PHE
• SLA & KPI monitoring of RO, Borewells, Water Cooler, Pumps, Chemical Dosing systems, heaters, etc
• Preparation of BOQ/Specifications/Makes.
• Submissions of Energy Saving Reports
• Registration & Implementation of Improvement works and Kaizens
• Implementation of New Projects/Improvement works for new concessionaires, retail shops.
• Performing Shift duties
• Proactive observations/walk down compilations
• Co-ordination with respective team members for immediate closures
• Checking the compliances wrt:-
  • Work permits, Hot permits, Inward/Outward gate pass, AEP
  • RCA and CAPA reports of all major incidents
  • Serviceability, Preventive Maintenance, Response Time, Testing Reports of Equipment, Availabilities of Tools, Spare Parts & Consumables
  • Review of PM checklists / SOP/Logbooks
  • Ensure Warranty of the installed systems.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

• OEMs like M/s ETA, Voltas, Thermax, Filtering, etc.
• Concessionaires, Airlines, Aviation Services and other all contractors in Terminal
• Securities – CISF, Delhi Police, BCAS

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

• Operations department – Terminal Operations, Standards, Security, AOCC, QSD, Corporate Relations
• Procurement & Finance department
• Commercial – Aero / Non-aero
• Central Stores Department

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

• Opex Budget – 0.5 Crores
• Capex Budget – 0.1 Crore

OTHER DIMENSIONS

• Total External Maintenance team employee size up to 25 numbers.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 3 + total years of experience with Mechanical field for degree holders
• Experience in Building Mechanical O&M services & shift duties
