Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Manage a set of dealerships and dealer team to achieve the business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spares part sales etc.
  • Inquiry generation and management (CDMS.New dealership development along with Channel team.
  • Ensuring viable distribution network by appointing dealers, sub-dealers for appropriate market coverage.
  • Implementation of specific incentive schemes for dealers.
  • Participate in development and/or execution of field activities.
  • Ensure availability of trained manpower in adequate quantity at dealerships, developing them for pre-sales and sales processes, new product features / modifications.

  • Responsible to meet the emission, mileage, and driveability target of the vehicle
  • CNG/ LPG / Gasoline Engine Optimization involving activities like steady-state performance and emission development
  • CNG/ LPG / Gasoline Vehicle calibration involving, vehicle emission development, vehicle calibration, drivability, environmental corrections, cold start, and OBD
  • Emission & Performance Robustness and homologation trials for engine type approval.
  • Liaison with CFT like Vehicle Integration, NVH, Electricals, Performance simulation, Engine development center, Reliability, and Service for engineering targets delivery.
  • Analyze the issues arising out of the test to confirm the design by root cause analysis of the problems/issues by using various problem-solving techniques like Global 8D or other problem-solving tools.
  • To work with the development engineer to finalize and execute the engine DVP.
  • Plan for the day-to-day calibration activities and maintain a project tracker.
