Job description – GAT
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Information on Scientific QC Instruments, ISO, Kaizens, VSM, QC Story, MFMEA, CBM, TBM, and Main driver Analysis.
- Troubleshooting Mechanical power Presses, and EOT cranes.
- Knowledge and Expertise to fix Water driven and Pneumatic Frameworks on Presses.
- Checking and Revising Parallelism and Oppositeness of Presses.
- Monitoring Statutory, Regulatory and Legitimate Requirements.
- P.M.Uptime, MTTR, and MTBF of Tryout and Spotting Presses.P.M.Uptime, MTTR, and MTBF of CNC Machines.
- P.M.and Uptime of Utilities like Above Cranes, DG Sets, Compressors, Forklifts.
- Planning, Controlling, and Checking spares. Implementation of TPM PM Point of Support Activities

- Bachelor of Engineering- Electronics and related fields; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical;
