Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Part development and Sourcing of Casting, forging, and Bar machining (RFQ, Costing, Negotiation, supplier identification and selection, Development, PPAP)
- ECN Management
- Tool cost calculation and negotiations
- Expertise in Zero base cost calculation and part cost negotiation with suppliers. (Casting, Forging, Bar machining)
- To coordinate with Engineering and Quality for part development
- Drive cost reduction through various sourcing levers/ VA-VE
- Cost management- Track RM trends, PO amendments.
- Supplier legal Agreement negotiation and execution
- Good supplier base knowledge

- 3 to 5 years

B.E. (Mechanical), MBA/PGDBA (Optional)
