Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • To chalk out product feasibility from Simultaneous engineering for vehicle assembly.
  • To prepare the budget as per the instructions and guidance of seniors
  • Stage-by-stage process planning for complete vehicle assembly.
  • Preparation of Process sheets and DCP documents.
  • Simultaneous engineering and virtual simulation using software like 3D Experience, Catia, etc  
  • Front loading of data with the R&D team and getting in implemented. Lessons learned of old projects & Must & Wanted sharing with Engineering. Team and tracking for getting it implemented.
  • To meet the project deadline of dies planning and execution as per the project
  • First-time right process planning and product feasibility

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile 
  • Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile 
  • Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile 

General Experience

2 to 6 years of relevant experience
