| Major Areas of Responsibilities | |||
| * Maintenance and upgradation of lab or development of new test facilities. * Testing and Validation of Water Heaters. Conversant with ISO 2082 standard. * Approval of parts after inspection, testing, and fitment.Inspection, review, and calibration of test instruments. * Understanding of & ability to apply DFMEA for identifying all possible failures in a design, manufacturing, assembly process, or product or service. * Validation of products against domestic and international compliances (BIS, IEC, UL, GSO standard)Analysis of failed parts and suggested improvement actions. * Experience with NABL accreditation has an added advantage. * Collaboration with outside testing agencies and work with them for different certifications * Ensuring timely approval of product/part approval from 3rd party testing agencies (BIS, UL, TUV, etc.) * Generation of Test plan, timely and first-time-right reporting of the observations of validation & creation of Product * Validation ReportParticipation in the benchmark validation of the competition products. | |||

| We are looking for a highly skilled Product & Components Validation and Testing engineer for Consumer Products The incumbent shall ensure the execution of validation requests meeting time and quality expectations from stakeholders. He or she shall ensure communication of the latest available information on products and standards under consideration with various departments within the organization and vendors. | |||
