Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Handling overall Product audit & Process audit
- Analyzing customer complaints, line rejection, Supplier audit, and taking corrective actions
- Establishing Initial Process Capability (Pp/Ppk) and monitoring ongoing Process Capability (Cp/Cpk).
- Defining & standardizing all the Quality (TCF) Procedure
- Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality
- Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error
- Monitor and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC & MSA studies
- Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process
- Manufacturing P PAP
- Implementation of Quality Maintenance PIllar activities like Zero Defect Stages and QA Matrix.
- Implementation of themes
- Responsible for Layered Audit
- Participating in new project implementation (Pro-Active and Ongoing)
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in similar domain
Industry Preferred – Automobile / Tractor Industry
Qualifications
- B. Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Production Engineering
