Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Handling overall Product audit & Process audit
2. Analyzing customer complaints, line rejection, Supplier audit, and taking corrective actions
3. Establishing Initial Process Capability (Pp/Ppk) and monitoring ongoing Process Capability (Cp/Cpk).
4. Defining & standardizing all the Quality (TCF) Procedure
5. Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality
6. Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error
7. Monitor and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC & MSA studies
8. Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process
9. Manufacturing P PAP
10. Implementation of Quality Maintenance PIllar activities like Zero Defect Stages and QA Matrix.
11. Implementation of themes
12. Responsible for Layered Audit
13. Participating in new project implementation (Pro-Active and Ongoing)

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in similar domain

Industry Preferred – Automobile / Tractor Industry

Qualifications

• B. Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Production Engineering
