Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Planning & execution to Achieve Daily Targets
2. Resource management and Operator training
3. Resolution of Buy-off concern
4. Updation of SOS/process procedure, Stagewise audit, Implement CAPA and Production GAP analysis
5. Analysis and action plan for reduction of defects and Process rejection
6. Conversion cost reduction

B.E Mechanical / Production
