Role Summary

We are looking for a Sustainability Engineer to join our team! As a Sustainability Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize our environmental impact and promote sustainability in all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and obtaining data for the LCA calculation for environmental and social impact hotspots
  • Modelling LCA including carbon footprint for products, sub-products, or whole vehicles (group and OEM specific)
  • Preparing clear and convincing reports and presentations of LCA analyses
  • Should have strong knowledge of LCA modeling software’s
  • Good knowledge of LCA standards, guidelines & Sustainability Management
  • Knowledge of Basic Climate Change & understanding of carbon offsets/renewable energy credits
  • Support the sustainability team in analyzing material data and interacting with suppliers to support sustainability goals
  • Well-versed with the IMDS recommendations, creation, evaluation & submission
  • Knowledge of different OEMs and their specific requirements
  • Meeting deadline provided by requester and proactive for pre-deadline work
  • Should be good at using software – IMDS AI, A2, and iPoint
  • Ability to work independently and able to solve OEM rejections
  • Good knowledge on EU regulations – ELV, REACH, SCIP, CM & other regulations
  • Good communication skill & proficient skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others in a high-volume data input & output environment
  • Ability to work in pressurized situation with best results

Key Qualifications/Requirements

  • B.E. Chemical, Mechanical, Sustainability
  • The relevant experience between 02 two and 04 years
  • Should be collaborative with others, effectively work in a team, take orders from reporting Lead / Managers, and follow it precisely.
  • Maintain a healthy working environment in the team as well as in the organization.
