Responsibility at High Level
- Implementing the Process Excellence Model in Indirect Areas and offering assistance in achieving maturity
- Support and guide LSS (Lean Six Sigma) project to achieve organizational goals for business impact and efficiency. aid in the analysis and quantification of LSS project findings
- Give CI methodology training and coaching for LSS projects and initiatives. Workshops for facility renovation to boost the business impact
Requirements
- a minimum of a B.E. in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- writing and speaking English with ease. Any additional language is an asset.
- familiar with Minitab, R, and other statistical programs
- Certified as a Green Belt or Black Belt
- Knowledge of direct and indirect benefits to the manufacturing and business sectors
- Knowledge of process mapping, VSM, VA/NVA identification, and a tool for lean improvement
- A plus is being PMP or Agile certified.

- Process automation knowledge (RPA or RDA) is a plus
