Position – Procurement Executive

Job description

• Transaction
  • Track all PR/SC daily
  • Complete the transaction with compliance
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for evaluation or approval
  • Prepare documentation

• Negotiation
  • Plan activities to be negotiated with proper planning
  • Prepare RFQ / RFP documents for bidding events
  • Negotiate or RFQ/PR/ Rate contracts

• Vendor Development
  • Drive localization identifying alternate vendors
  • Evaluates potential suppliers, the overall supplier qualification process, and completes other sourcing documents.
  • Evaluates and recommends purchasing and sourcing decision to management

• Vendor management
  • Drives supplier re-qualification at a frequency set by the company
  • Regularly monitor the performance of key suppliers and escalate if there is any major deviation from the contracted terms and conditions
  • Quickly resolves the issues raised in the supplier quality resolution tool with solutions for the long term.
  • Provide yearly feedback to the supplier with the help of a supplier scorecard.
  • Re-negotiate / Re-look at the existing contracts with supplier to drive better compliance / savings / quality / improved delivery
  • Work on supplier consolidation for common commodities assigned
  • Resolving expediting issues escalated by the expediting team.

  • Work on the assigned commodity to understand more information to bring optimization
  • Escalate the consolidation opportunities between LOB

  • To contribute with productivity projects
  • To report savings in the pre-determined formats to the productivity team

  • Work on your development plan with the manager
  • Undergo training and showcase improvement per plan
