Position – Supervisor – Plant Technical (CNC Operator)

Job description
- Basic knowledge in CNC programming codes (G – Codes, M – Codes), Del CAM Programming and advanced operations like 3AXIS, 4AXIS & 5AXIS
- Knowledge in the selection of various tools and its holders, like Single point cutting tool (Turning), Multi-point cutting tool – (Milling)
- Basic knowledge in Milling, Shaping, Lathe, HMC, VMC Machines, etc.. & manual operations like filing, grinding, tri square usage, etc..
- Basic knowledge about workpiece offset (Initial setting and corrections)
- Basic knowledge in CNC Machine maintenance (Coolant oil, Lubrication oil, CLRI, Air filter condition, Air pressure condition, Safety awareness, Tools conditions and maintenance, Spindle maintenance, etc.
- Basic knowledge in SOP preparation for CNC, safety cross, CLRI, FMEA / Control Plan, etc.
Qualifications
- Diploma Mechanical Engineer with 1 – 3 years experience in CNC machine operations
- Highest Qualification: DME – (Diploma in Mechanical) only
- Male Candidates preferred
- Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Age: Less than 25 only
- Interested to work in a Factory atmosphere
- Willing to work in shifts including night shifts
- Candidates should not have attended any interviews with MRF in the last six months.

Position – Quality Supervisor

Job description
- Product audit & Process audit
- Line return analysis
- Maintaining records and quantifiers for ISO systems
- Knowledge in FMEA & TPM activities
- Maintaining quality records in SAP
- Endurance testing of products.
- Final inspection, pre-shipment audit, pre-delivery inspection, analysis of internal rejections
- knowledge in SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP
Qualifications
- DME (Diploma in Mechanical) only.
- Academics – Minimum 60% and above without any standing arrears.
- Willing to work in shifts including Night Shifts.
- Interested to work in a factory atmosphere.
- Age – Less than 25 only
- Candidates should not have attended any interviews with MRF in the last six months.
