Job Summary: Responsible for New Product Design and Development including target BOM estimation, investment working, and contributing to the tool development till the Product SOP completion.

Responsible for New Product Design and Development including target BOM estimation, investment working and contributing to the tool development till the Product SOP completion.

Roles:

• Concept modeling, product investment cost working, manufacturing feasibility check
• Coordinate with the PM department for new product development.
• Preparation of Proto & Working samples.
• Coordinate with CFT Teams like BOM, Cooling & Electronics.
• Coordinate with testing lab & reliability labs for product test results.
• All product parts and sub-assy DFMEA discussion with CFT team.
• Discussion with Tool maker & conducting tool trail at supplier end.
• All parts and sub-assy trails were conducted with the CFT team.
• All parts & sub-assy review the FAI.
• Conducting trial Pilot1,2 & Pre MP, MP, and SOP.
• Final SOP products approval from PM, Sales & CFT team.
• Resolve process Q issues and support to FCR reduction.
• Evaluate Cost-saving and quality improvement ideas and implementation.
• Adherence to organizational SOP

Basic Education and Experience:

• B.E. Mechanical.
• Should be proficient in Creo software.
• Plastic part and injection molding knowledge

Competency and skill :

• Knowledge of product design and development.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• DFM/DFA, FMEA
• CAD software proficiency.
