Description
- To ensure production under strict safety norms and security norms.
- Should be able to understand Production Drawings, processes, and specifications of complex defense products and give related instructions to workmen.
- Responsible for making various system entries for Inspection, Maintenance, Transportation, etc. with a sound knowledge of the system.
- Ensure production according to Drawing, procedures, etc
- Should be able to maintain discipline among workmen and meet targets as per Concerto in the shift
- Able to work in all three shifts by rotation and should be able to lead the team working along.
- Should have exposure to fabrication & welding processes, cutting, bending, raw material processes.
- Leadership skills
- Able to work with people, should have good communication skills- written & verbal.
- Confident & Self initiator
