Job description
Company – RNTBCI PL
3-6 years of experience in design with a strong technical background.
Required Skill Set
- Able to do 3D design & 2D drawing of tooling equipment for Automatic/Manual line
- Able to calculate Stress, Deflection & Gripper payload
- Knowledge in Pneumatics circuit design
- Able to validate design & drawings release for manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in Tooling Installation & commissioning skills & solve concerns in the physical phase
- Required CAD knowledge – ICAD, NX, CATIA, Autocad
- Exposure to all Body Shop process
- Manufacturing Process Understanding
- Robot & Human simulation skill using Process Simulate
- Knowledge of GD & T and ISO standards for mechanical design
- Ergonomic and safety standard knowledge
- Able to prepare and validate the sequence of operation
