Participation in supplier meetings for discussion of Problem Reports (PRs), RCCAs.

Technical support on commodity-based part number specific questions

Support dispositioning and tracking of PRs related to refurb products

Create new and update existing refurb products specifications and procedures

Analyze supplier refurb data, create summary reports and determine next steps to improve the refurb process

Develop comprehensive documentation and data reporting templates for future refurb products

Manage and improve database for refurb 202s, spares ESC/coated part list, and quarterly rejection rate data
