Purpose of the Role

Concept preparations & Design of Mechanical + ZPS Fixture & on time delivery on requirement basis & need.
Concept preparations & Design of hydraulic + ZPS Fixture.
Effective knowledge of 3D Modeling software & ERP Systems
Knowledge of Process Planning & On time delivery of Pads for Manufacturing.
Establishment of Special Tools (Like Hardening Coils , Broach Holders and Collets ,Chucks….)

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Preparation of Conceptual layouts for internal Fixtures in Pro-e Software
Developing of Fixture Models & Drafting as drawing in Pro-E Software.
Design & Development of hydraulic fixture – Hydraulic Elements & accessories selection from Catalogue
Drawing Number Inventory Addition for the Fixture items
Routing Preparations and entered in Oracle System. Pad release & follow-up sheet preparation
Manufacturing Pad release & follow-up sheet preparation
Supporting activity & Guidance for Manufacturing & Assembling of Fixtures in tool room
Setting Layouts creations in Pro-e software for Critical Components and critical processes- NPD FTR
Prove out of Internal Fixtures in Machine Shop
3D & 2D Plant Layout Modeling and Drafting
Design & Development of Special Tools / Work Holdings
Special care and Immediate actions for Fixture Elements Worn out and Replacements
Supporting activity for Machine shop Fixtures and Accessories
Develop NPD Process Improvement activity & Validation
Interaction with shop for 3C Containers
