Job Description

• Title: Site Raw Material Coordinator
• Position: Executive/Assistant Manager
• Direct reporting to Plant Manager
• Functional Reporting: Raw Material Manager India
• Experience required: 0-2 Years

Key Responsibility

• Daily loss tracking in the plant and development of root cause analysis and action plan
• Daily follow-up of GMP (Lactalis software) for loss tracking and analysis
• Implementation of Standard operating procedures (SOP) in the plant
• Implementation of Continuous improvement tools
• Training of employees related to best practices from Lactalis group
• Documentation and monitoring of progress
• Controlling change, recommending and implementation of preventative action
• Coordination with plant and head office team for smooth execution of Raw material projects

Qualification Required: B.Tech Mechanical/Food Technology/Chemical
