We are now looking for a passionate Inside Sales Engineer.
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical
MBA in Sales & Marketing will be added advantage
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Your Key Role:
- Source and nurture new sales opportunities across the targeted accounts through outbound calls and emails, social channels.
- Generate Leads using various portals such as Timetric, Projects Today, Tender Tiger etc.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest across channels.
- Maintain and expand customer database of prospects within assigned territory.
- Send responses to enquiries received on website & common mail ids.
- Prepare & Submit offers to customers for simple products such as chain hoists, jib cranes, etc
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing events and collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leaders on Industry Conferences and Social campaigns
- Understand customer needs and requirements while prospecting
- Enter leads in CRM & handover them to respective sales engineers / Leverage and work on Siebel CRM to track lead generation and reports.
- Gather business intelligence about the market, industry segments, customers, competitors and feed it to internal stakeholders
- Assist Sales team with specific projects to develop certain geographical or SMA market reach.
- Coordination with various Event management and Creative agencies whenever required.
- Generation of Purchase requisition and timely processing of the invoices thereby foreseeing the entire payment process for vendors
