Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales of Small Pump Business products in assigned areas.
- Conducting brand-building activities
- Develop a retailer network under dealers.
- Develop and nurture all existing dealers
- Appoint new dealers
- Motivate the dealers with various push schemes.
- Move-in the market along with either the dealer or sales force to appoint quality retailers.
- Also, meet all the existing retailers on a routine basis, and explain to them about existing schemes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be interested to work in Sales profile.
- Good Communication & Presentation skills.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills & should be ready to travel.
- Female candidates can be considered who are fulfilling the criteria and are interested in working in sales.
Eligibility Criteria: Diploma in Engineering Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Automobile / Electronics to be passed out in 2021/2022/2023/2024 batch with minimum 60% marks in Diploma Engineering.
